Redefining Customer Support

At Eurocopter Canada, our goal is to get your aircraft back into service quickly and cost effectively. We also understand your own business needs are unique and varied. This is why we provide a wide range of support services.

Globally, Eurocopter has made substantial improvements in Equipment Support, Spare Parts, and Repair and Overhaul to serve you — our customers — better.

Some examples:

  • Eurocopter Canada has launched Phase One of our online ordering system. You can now check part availability and pricing online, from the convenience of your desktop PC.
  • New Spares platforms are being put into place in Dallas, Paris, and Hong Kong to warehouse components closer to our customers. All of these platforms will be managed by a centralized computer system; allowing us to speed up back order flows and standardize documentation/labeling systems. A new bar-coded labeling system will eventually be offered for to our customers for stock management.
  • Eurocopter Canada has recently been approved to overhaul EC 120 components, which will provide you with the benefits of local support. We are also approved on overhaul AS 350 components, repair structures and conduct some third level repairs. Again, the result will be faster turnaround times and lower costs for our customers.
