MAINTENANCE TRAINING

Eurocopter Canada Limited's maintenance type courses teach aircraft maintenance engineers how to maintain Eurocopter helicopters for intermediate inspections, in accordance to the aircraft maintenance manual.

Our courses are constantly updated to include the latest information, problems and solutions found through the Eurocopter network. Our maintenance refresher and specialty courses are designed to provide recurrent and specific training on helicopter maintenance. They can be used to satisfy Canadian Air Regulation training requirements.

Course acceptance is based on the requirement that the student possess one of the following:

  • Canadian-approved Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license
  • Transport Canada accredited basic training course
  • Certificate as an A&P mechanic or (AME) aircraft maintenance technician
  • Three years of general experience as a commercial or military aircraft mechanic
At the end of the course, a closed book final examination is given. The technician must achieve a score of 70% or more in order to receive a certificate of completion.
