In order for us to accommodate your requests for training, it is recommended that you schedule as far in advance as possible. Most of our training courses are booked months in advance.
We will confirm your training course two weeks in advance.
Upon enrollment into all training courses, an open purchase order or credit card is required from all customers within 10 working days before the class starts.
We ask that our customers let us know at least two weeks in advance if they are unable to attend their training. Cancellation of enrollment received more than 10 working days before the class will not be charged for tuition.
Cancellations received between 5 and 10 working days before class will be assessed 25% of full tuition.
No-shows and cancellations received less than 5 working days before class date will be assessed at 50% of tuition charges for that class.
Important: All cancellations must be in writing.
Eurocopter Canada accepts all major credit cards (American Express, Master Card, Visa); cash in U.S. or Canadian funds, and wire transfers. Payment for all courses is required in advance if no Eurocopter Canada Limited account is on file and will be approved at the time of scheduling.
