Tailored Configurations

Eurocopter Canada specializes in tailored configurations including avionics suites and optional equipment. ECL experts have the ability to create customized paint schemes and aircraft interiors.

Assembly Process

Receive the aircraft from ECF or ECD
Disassemble the aircraft for customization
Customize the aircraft with kits and options
Send the aircraft to paint shop
Complete final assembly of aircraft after paint
Move aircraft to flight line

Upholstery

Standard or customized seats and carpets for aircraft interiors
Broad range of materials and colour selection
All materials are tested to ensure that they meet fire resistance standards
Personalize fabricated covers to the customer’s specifications
Installation of upholstery in the aircraft for final delivery

Paint

Eurocopter Canada’s downdraft-equipped paint shop and licensed painting staff put quality first whether working on new or refurbished aircraft. ECL’s expert painters specialize in producing customized paint schemes for Eurocopter helicopters.

Process:

Aircraft fuselage and parts surface are prepared for primer and paint applications
Depending on the paint design (or scheme) the aircraft is primed, painted, clear coated, polished and delivered to flight line.
