Eurocopter Canada caters to the needs of our customers in a fast and cost-effective manner thanks to new equipment and experienced personnel, who are ready to assist, advise and provide outstanding support.
Our Blade Shop can replace inboard and outboard leading edges, repair and replace lower surface poly-erosion strips and provide skin patching, refinishing and balancing.
Eurocopter Canada is certified and audited for work on Main Rotor Blades for the EC120, EC130, AS350 and AS355, as well as, Tail Rotor Blades for the AS350 and AS355. In addition, ECL is the only certified and equipped repair centre in Americas to perform BOV (depot) level blade repairs on the EC120 such as leading edge replacement, paint and refinishing. For BO105, BK117 and EC135 type aircraft, Eurocopter Canada coordinates repair for its customers by utilizing services from other facilities in the Eurocopter network.

Blade components are stored in our Vancouver, Montreal and Fort Erie facilities to reduce transportation time and costs for our customers. Eurocopter Canada’s experienced staff is trained to keep your operating costs low and get you flying in the best turnaround time. For this, Eurocopter Canada offers replacement, rental or exchange of blades; backed by AOG Service and 24h technical assistance.
Once your blades are received, the Eurocopter Canada team proceeds with an initial inspection and establishes a quote for the required repairs. Upon approval of the repair cost estimate, the blades are prepared for repairs and painting.
