At Eurocopter Canada we provide you with comprehensive repair and overhaul services for:

- Equipment
Exchange components and blades are available at our Fort Erie and Vancouver facilities to ensure uninterrupted flying for our customers while their own parts are being serviced or repaired.
Our level I-IV repair and overhaul (R&O) department is certified in the repair and overhaul of all dynamic components, mechanical assemblies and hydraulic systems for the AS350, AS355, EC120, EC130, BO105 and BK117.

We stock a variety of parts for a quick exchange of R & O services (servos, indicators, transmitters etc.).
We carry the components you need to fix any problems that can occur in the operation of your helicopter. We will ship replacement components to you immediately to get your aircraft flying. Once you’re back in the air, you can send us back your component for us to repair/overhaul and then keep on hand for the next customer who needs it. You will only pay the cost of your repair.
Our exchange pool allows our customers to utilize the 0 TAT Program for most components and various equipment items, taking advantage of service life limits for parts.
Eurocopter Canada Limited’s R&O shop is equipped with:
- Heraeus 250° C component oven
- Various presses -up to 30 ton capacity
- Dynamic transmission run-in stands and test benches – EC120, EC130, AS350, AS355
- Transmission static load stands – EC120, AS350, AS355
- Hydraulic pump and component test stand (HPKP 20-1) capable of static pressures up to 550 bar and dynamic pressures up to 220 bar at 20 litres/minute – BK117 and BO105
- OEM issued tools (ECF – ECD)
- Fully equipped machine shop
All Eurocopter Canada Limited R&O department personnel are licensed AME’s and/or OEM trained.
