In order for Eurocopter Canada to accommodate your requests for training, it is recommended that you schedule as far in advance as possible. Most of our training courses are booked months in advance.
A “Confirmation of Enrollment Form”, including individual enrollment number, course date, course location, a choice of recommended accommodation and instructions on arrival procedure for training course will be sent at least two weeks in advance.
Upon enrollment into a Eurocopter scheduled training course, an open purchase order or credit card number is required from all customers within 10 working days before the class starts. For courses scheduled on customer request, a purchase order or credit card number will be required at the time of scheduling.
For Eurocopter scheduled courses, we ask that our customers let us know at least two weeks in advance if they are unable to attend their training. Cancellation of enrollment for these courses received more than 10 working days before the beginning of the class will not be charged for tuition.
Cancellations received between 5 and 10 working days before class will be assessed at 25% of full tuition.
No-shows and cancellations received less than 5 working days before class date will be assessed at 50% of tuition charges for that class.
For specific courses that were scheduled on customer request, cancellation of enrollment received more than 10 working days before the class starts will be assessed at 50% of the full tuition. Cancellation of enrollment received 10 days or less prior to the beginning of the class will be assessed at the full tuition amount.
Important: All cancellations must be in writing.
Eurocopter Canada accepts all major credit cards (American Express, Master Card and Visa); cash in U.S. or Canadian funds and wire transfers. Payment for all courses is required in advance if no Eurocopter Canada Limited account is on file and will be approved at the time of scheduling.

To Enroll: Complete the Training Centre Enrollment Form and return by fax (905) 871-3599, or email saundra.cocroft@eurocopter.ca to confirm your attendance.
Specialty courses will be offered on an “as required” basis.
Note: A minimum of 6 students is required for all courses. Specialty courses such as aircraft differences (AS350B2/B3/B4/AS355), troubleshooting courses and recurrence seminars will be offered upon request. Courses can be offered “on-site” for groups of 6 to 12.
